Welcome back!
As you may have noticed, I have re-opened this site and upgraded it. A couple of years ago, I began to consider developing a video (VLOG) blog on spirituality. This summer during my vacation, I watched YouTube videos and read about doing this. This was the genesis of Seeking God, a series of 5 – 10 minute videos about some aspect of spirituality and living a life of faith. My focus is more toward the spiritual seeker who may not have found a faith tradition or one who does not find a spiritual box the place for development. These may lead to online classes. We will see. BTW, if you SUBSCRIBE to my channel on YouTube, it will send the message to YouTube that this type of video is important. With enough subscribers, I can get a custom URL that looks a lot better than the one above.
With this change, I intend to re-activate this blog. In the past, I have turned to it when there was a major event or to park my Facebook posts during Hurricane Irma. I plan to use it in a broader way, incorporating shorter essay/comment blogs along with my original plans. So, it will have elements that are more and less formal. I am not sure how this will work, but have learned that if I try to plan everything to be perfect, I will never do it. I am considering other things and will talk about them as they develop.
So, this is what I am up to. Each of these posts (and on YouTube, too) have a place for comments. Your comments and questions are welcome. If they tend toward trolling and seem to invite a fight, I will remove them. Otherwise, I hope to hear from you.
